Etimat Etiket offers luxurious Soft Touch™ coating
Soft Touch is an aqueous coating for printed materials which provides a unique rubbery feel with a matte appearance. This water-based coating is applied in-line on press immediately after the ink is laid down press without the need for off-line treatments or special processes. This results in cost savings when compared to other off-line processes.
Soft Touch’s special non-yellowing and quick drying properties allow for faster press speeds and turnaround times. Additionally the low VOC content of aqueous coatings coupled with the water based coated papers mean they are environmentally friendly and can be recycled.
We have experience of using the Soft Touch coating on various substrates. Great for any project that needs a soft feel, liquid velvet, or gentle touch and more durable finish or protection from smudges, fingerprints, and scratches. The protection from aqueous coatings far exceeds of varnish.
